There has been an update made to the maximum number of meals that may be offered under SSO/SFSP during this time of COVID-19: it includes the distribution approach that allows meals for multiple days, up to five days for a total of 10 meals for the week. In any combination of two meals, or one meal and one snack, per child, per day, with the exception of lunch and supper being given at the same time.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
